Counselling sessions are available to all individuals over the age of 13. Sessions are available face-to-face in Brisbane or nation-wide via Telehealth (Zoom). My hope is that your counselling experiences are welcoming, nurturing and insightful.

Areas of Interest and Experience
I've been lucky enough to work with a full range of clients in terms of age, culture, neurodiversity, gender expression, physical abilities, language and presenting issues. I have a particular interest and expertise in working with:
  • Eating disorders

  • Body relationship issues

  • Trauma, including PTSD

  • Life transitions (especially  co-occurring with EDs and trauma)

  • Culturally and Linguistically Diverse communities- migrant, refugee and asylum seeker, unaccompanied young people

  • Anxiety

  • Borderline personality disorder

  • Depression

  • Obsessive compulsive disorder

 

I understand that many things impact well-being and can lead to mental health challenges. Therefore, in sessions I blend a range of therapeutic modalities which are adapted to the needs of clients.

Cost

Personal Counselling sessions last 60 minutes and cost $145.

Confidentiality

All of the services I offer are treated with the strictest confidence. Information about my confidentiality and privacy policy can be found in this Client Consent Form. A copy of these forms is provided to all clients and must be completed prior to their first counselling session.

As a professional counsellor accredited with the Australian Counselling Association, I am bound by and adhere to the policies and Code of Ethics of the association. The ACA Code of Ethics can be found here.
