What is Holistic Counselling?

Holistic is a term thrown around a lot when it comes to our wellbeing and mental health care, but what does it actually mean?

I recognise the traditional owners of the country and land where I work and live, the Turrbal and Yuggera people of Meanjin. I pay my respects to Elders past, present and emerging and recognise and celebrate the diversity of all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities; their stories, cultures and connections to the land and waters.
